Electricians are responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems. Electricians have completed an electrician program at a trade school or technical institute, finished a lengthy apprenticeship, and passed a licensing exam.
Electricians have extensive experience to analyze, diagnose electrical problems in homes, businesses and construction sites. Additionally, an electrician will determine how to resolve electrical problems and provide quotes to customers. They also ensure the safe and proper installation of lighting and other electrically operated devices. They are able to prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates and keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
Gutter Installers/Repairers are responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing gutters, but they also work with sheet metal products and complete other roofing jobs. Gutter Installers are comfortable using ladders and are not afraid of confined spaces.
HVAC Service Technician
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners, furnaces, humidification systems as well as, wine room cooling. This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs. Exceptional customer service skills in handling customers questions or concerns.
Minimum of 3 years experience servicing all HVAC systems and components, and a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Lead HVAC Installer Supervisor
Supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company specifications and established safety guidelines. Provides information to prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates for proposals.
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. The plumber has the ability to collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals, follow building plans and blueprints, respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. In addition, they must perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, and in some cases, perform light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. They are able to prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates and keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
Licensed Master Plumber
Minimum 5 years of technical and trade experience, in-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, understanding of the current regulations within the field, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Roofers repair, replace and install new roofs. They need to be comfortable using a wide range of materials from metal to shingles. Roofers are responsible for inspecting the structure to determine the best course of action and take safety precautions seriously.
